Bank of culture
The development and maintenance of the bank of cultures of economically and ecologically important higher fungi is the basis for our activity. Conservation and reproduction of living cultures demands precise work that requires highly specialized personnel. We are also engaged in research and development of new isolations of cultures from the natural environment and its maintenance for industrial use and a good reference for the future generations.

Production of mycelium
Substrate is a sterilized mixture of wood chips and various cereals. A special mixture is prepared for each type of mushroom. Preparation and packaging of substrate will be done in the institute's specialized facility  and will be available to subcontractors who will be interested to become retailers. Trainings about the process of cultivation of different types of mushrooms will also be available to co-operators which can be an excellent and potential alternate or secondary activity in existing farm operations.

Substrate production
The substrate is a sterilized mixture of wood chips and various cereals. A special mixture is prepared for each type of mushroom. Preparation and packaging of the substrate will be carried out at our location and will be available to the subcontractors who will want to be included in the chain of suppliers. We plan to organize subcontractors who want to learn the process of cultivation of different types of mushrooms, which we could buy and use at our further processing.

 
Mushroom cultivation
Cultivating facility is available at the institute. Involvement of co-operators will be strengthen in the future through series of trainings and updates in the process of cultivation, imparting its importance as an alternate activity in their farms, in their abandoned barns or even commercial buildings. As a partner, the institute will provide the substrate and buy back their crops, an assurance of definite positive income in the part of co-operators. Crops will then be processed in the institute's facilities.
